This is a workmen's compensation case in which the self-insured employer, Aluminum Company of America, appeals from a circuit court judgment which affirmed a Commission award of compensation to the appellee, Virgil D. McClendon, on a finding that Mr. McClendon was totally and permanently disabled because of a back injury.
