Millstone, appellee, alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 16811 et seq., by O'Hanlon Reports, Inc., in the furnishing of a consumer credit report on Millstone to the Firemen's Fund Insurance Company.
