This appeal by McCauley Associates, Inc., challenges an adverse interpretation of a buy-sell agreement whereby the trial Judge awarded Eula M. Snook, the window and personal representative of Charles Snook, the deceased president of McCauley, a judgment for the adjusted book value of the stock, plus life insurance proceeds.
