BY THE COURT.

The order of the circuit court holding the Florida Medical Malpractice Act unconstitutional is reversed on the authority of Carter v. Sparkman, 335 So.2d 802, revised opinion filed in this Court on August 3, 1976. This case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the decision in Carter v. Sparkman.

It is so ordered.
