JACKSON, J.

This action was commenced on April 24, 1972, with the filing of appellant's complaint for divorce. Throughout the next two years numerous pleadings were filed and several hearings were had upon various matters in issue. Ultimately, after the appellant's complaint had been withdrawn, a cross-complaint for divorce filed by the appellee was granted and final judgment was entered on May 30, 1974.
