McALLISTER, Justice.

The petitioner, Richard Rink, filed a petition for writ of mandamus to require the County Court of Wasco County to issue to him deeds to ten lots which he had purchased at an execution sale.

The circuit court issued an alternative writ of mandamus which was amended by petitioner and to the amended alternative writ the respondents demurred on the ground that the amended writ did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action...
