The defendant, Richard Hoinville, was charged with crimes of first-degree arson1, second-degree arson2, and conspiracy to commit arson.3 The jury returned verdicts of not guilty of first and second-degree arson and guilty of conspiracy. Defendant appeals from the conspiracy conviction.
