Appellants William J. Wilbur and his wife, Donna L. Wilbur, appeal from their convictions on eight counts of violating provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. § 921 et seq. The counts were from an eleven-count indictment against the Wilburs and Valley Trading Post, Inc., a federally licensed firearms dealer, of which they were president and treasurer.
