Plaintiff, Jane Doe, brings this action on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated against T. Edward Temple, individually and as the President of Virginia Commonwealth University-Medical College of Virginia, and Dr. Hans Bartold Krebs, individually, for declaratory and injunctive relief against the further enforcement of spousal consent provisions for sterilization in § 32-423 of the Code of Virginia....
