The plaintiffs-appellants, Jack D. and Margaret Abercrombie and their eight franchisee corporations1 (the Abercrombies) appeal from the order of the district court denying their motion for a preliminary and permanent injunction against the defendants-appellees, Lum's, Inc., and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (Lum's).2
