On August 26, 1970, the First National Bank In Dallas brought this suit against the appellant to recover on a written guaranty executed by her in which she guaranteed a certain indebtedness of her son, F. McQueen Rozelle (hereinafter "Rozelle"), to the Bank, and to foreclose a deed of trust lien on the appellant's property securing her debt under the guaranty.
