This class action brought by common stock holders, warrant holders, and debenture holders of Wilson Sporting Goods Company ("Wilson"), seeks redress of certain alleged violations of federal securities laws. Before the Court are cross motions for summary judgment, one by defendants and one by intervening plaintiffs, Pope and Dimitriou.1
