Aero Mayflower Transit Company sued Jack Hofberger to recover $1,517.76 for moving household goods from Hillsdale, Michigan to El Dorado, Arkansas. This appeal comes from a judgment in favor of appellee by the circuit judge, trial by jury having been waived. We find no error and affirm.
