On August 10, 1971, a deed was executed from Elsie Norwood to Peggy Gravning, appellant herein, conveying a lot and house in Lincoln, Arkansas; also, on August 10, appellant and her brother, Darrell Mattox, executed a note to the Bank of Lincoln for $7,000.00, and Mrs. Gravning also executed a mortgage on the aforementioned property in that amount.
