This case raises questions about the relationship between journalists and persons who give them information for publication, hoping to remain anonymous. Petitioner invokes our conflict certiorari jurisdiction, pursuant to art. V, § 3(b)(3) of the Florida Constitution (1975) and Rule 4.5(c)(6), Florida Appellate Rules, 1962 Revision.
