This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Judge of the Ector County Court at Law, sitting as a Juvenile Court, which declared appellant, a male 15 years of age, a juvenile delinquent, and committed him to the custody of the Texas Youth Council, pursuant to Title 3, of the Texas Family Code.
