OPINION

SUTIN, Judge.

Defendant, administrator of the estate of John R. Owens, deceased, appeals an adverse judgment for wrongful death of plaintiff's decedent, Ignacio Torres, growing out of an automobile accident in Otero County, New Mexico. Plaintiff's decedent, his son, was a Mexican National, illegally in the United States, and plaintiff, the administrator of his son's estate, is also a Mexican National. Torres and Owens both died in this accident....
