This appeal from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which, inter alia, dismissed a withdrawn petition for allowance of counsel fees filed by Connie L. Landis (claimant) concerns Sections 5011 and 4422 of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act). We affirm.
