This is a bond election contest case. A. J. Moore, a resident of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "contestant", brought suit against the City of Corpus Christi, its City Secretary, and the Attorney General of the State of Texas, to contest a bond election called for and held by the City on June 26, 1976.
