Wyadell Edmonds appeals from a judgment of conviction entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York after a three day jury trial before Richard Owen, Judge, finding the defendant guilty of knowingly possessing heroin with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A).1 Edmonds was sentenced to twelve years' imprisonment to be followed...
