This is an appeal from a verdict and judgment in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County for the plaintiff in the amount of $4,000 arising out of a claim for damages resulting from an automobile accident. Plaintiff asked for a new trial on the ground that the damages were inadequate. The motion was denied, and from this ruling the plaintiff appeals to this court.
