This workmen's compensation suit was filed by the plaintiff, Sidney Guillory, against Travelers Insurance Company, who is the workmen's compensation insurer of the plaintiff's employer, L.R.M. Company, Inc. Prior to the trial on the merits it was stipulated that the only issues before the court were whether the plaintiff was disabled and the extent of his disability.
