WALKER, Justice, for the Court:

This is an appeal from the Chancery Court of Calhoun County, Mississippi, which validated the issuance of $650,000 in general obligation bonds by Calhoun County for the purpose of erecting and eqiupping a nursing home and related facilities in said county. We affirm.
