Plaintiffs-appellants, Murphy Fontenot, Norma Fontenot Fournerat, and Dolan Fontenot, petitioned for the annulment of a judgment of possession in favor of defendants-appellees, Doline C. Fontenot and Rosemary Pollingue Fontenot, which placed the latter in possession of certain property belonging to the estate of Milton Fontenot.
