Sparks Construction Company filed a third-party complaint against Donald F. Rogers claiming indemnity based upon a subcontract agreement between Sparks Construction and Rogers. Subsequently, General Mutual Insurance Company, which had issued a policy to Rogers, filed a bill for declaratory judgment...
