HENDRY, Judge.

Appellant, defendant below, appeals a judgment of the trial court finding him guilty of direct criminal contempt of court and sentencing him to confinement in the Dade County Jail for one year.

At a hearing held on February 25, 1975, after appellant had waived his right to a jury trial and pleaded guilty, a judgment was entered by the trial court finding appellant guilty of unlawfully obtaining services, goods, wares, or other things of value...
