Plaintiff, Pasco Marketing, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Pasco) brought suit in admiralty claiming damages caused to its docking and mooring facility near New Madrid, Missouri, on January 29, 1973, plus interest from the date of the filing of the complaint.
