FOGLEMAN, Justice.

Appellant was found guilty of perjury in the first degree alleged to have been committed during his testimony in a hearing to set bail in the Municipal Court of Walnut Ridge on March 24, 1975. He lists three points for reversal. We find no reversible error on any point and affirm.
