Petitioner-appellant appeals from the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

Appellant on November 17, 1972, pleaded guilty in state court to receiving two pistols knowing them to have been stolen, and was sentenced to five years' imprisonment.
