In this case the government appeals from an order granting a motion to suppress evidence entered by the United States District Court in the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.

Appellee was charged with transporting and receiving firearms and ammunition in interstate commerce without being licensed to do so, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(1) (1970). He was also charged with knowingly receiving and possessing said firearms...
