This is an appeal from a final judgment dismissing the plaintiff's complaint with prejudice against all defendants.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff, who was a student at the University of South Florida, fell into a pit created by a lowered area of the stage in a theater classroom auditorium on the campus of the University. The complaint alleged that the stage and pit area had been negligently designed by a firm of architects and engineers...
