This appeal results from a judgment of $51,895.66 for plaintiff, Lane N. Meltzer, against defendants, Roof Coatings, Inc. and Neogard Corp., for breach of contract. Meltzer entered into a contract with Trapmar, Inc. under which Trapmar would construct a building in New Orleans, Louisiana.
