OSBORN, Justice.

This case arises from a declaratory judgment suit brought for the purpose of determining coverage under an aviation policy. The Appellant issued its policy of liability insurance to Bill Rogers Trucking Co., Inc. of Odessa, Texas, effective March 1, 1972. The policy provided coverage to Wm. O. Rogers, President of the Company, while flying a single engine Piper aircraft. At 11:20 A.M....
