TYSON, Judge.

The indictment charged the appellant and Mickey Kelly with the possession of marihuana contrary to law. The jury found the appellant "guilty of possession of marihuana for his own use," and fixed punishment at 12 months imprisonment in the county jail. The verdict also assessed a $1,000 fine. The trial court entered judgment setting sentence in accordance with this verdict.
