THREE-JUDGE COURT AMENDED OPINION AND ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On June 24, 1975, the Governor of South Carolina approved Act Number 2811, passed by the General Assembly of South Carolina, and generally known as the Massage Parlor Act. On June 26, 1975, the plaintiffs filed this action, alleging that the aforesaid Act was unconstitutional, and in their complaint, the plaintiffs sought a Three-Judge Court2
