This is a close case involving a suit upon a title insurance policy.

In connection with their purchase of land from Mr. and Mrs. Skinner, appellants were issued a title insurance policy by Lawyers' Title Guaranty Fund (Fund) which guaranteed that they were the fee simple owners of the property. It later came to the attention of the appellants that Florida Power Corporation owned an easement across the east edge of the property for the purpose...
