This is an appeal by petitioner, Northerly Centre Corporation, hereafter Northerly Centre, from a judgment of the district court finding the Ramsey County assessor's 1973 valuation of petitioner's real estate to be excessive and reducing the value to the sum of $4,800,000. It is Northerly Centre's belief that the trial court did not sufficiently reduce the valuation of its property and that the trial court's valuation is not reasonably supported...
