Plaintiff appeals the granting of a summary judgment in favor of the defendants.

On August 26, 1971, plaintiff entered the defendant Presbyterian Hospital (Hospital) suffering from an intestinal obstruction. He was treated by defendant Dr. J. Hunt Burress.
