This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County sustaining defendants-respondents' Motion for a Directed Verdict at the Close of All of the Evidence and entering judgment quieting title to a nine acre parcel of land located at 8985 Dunn Road in St. Louis County in defendants-respondents. For reasons hereinafter stated, we affirm the judgment of the trial court but remand it for further proceedings to resolve issues still retained...
