On June 3, 1975, James Daniel Beckette, appellant, was convicted, on indictment number 49907, by a jury, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, of daytime housebreaking, assault and the use of a handgun in the commission of a felony. Appellant was also convicted, on June 13, 1975, on indictments number 50711 and number 51183, by a jury presided over by Judge Marvin J. Land, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County...
