This is a suit for property damages filed by Standard Brands, Inc. against the Louisiana Department of Highways, Robert Wilson, Ryder Truck Rentals, Inc., R. L. Smith Manufacturing Company and Robert L. Davis. From judgment in favor of the defendants, plaintiff has perfected this appeal.
