The parties in this case were married seventeen years before the wife filed her petition for dissolution of marriage on June 24, 1975. A fifteen-year-old son and a thirteen-year-old daughter were born of the marriage. The family home since 1971 or 1972 had been a double-wide mobile home located at Williamsville in Wayne County, Missouri.
