The defendant Noah Hawkins, together with a co-defendant Donnie Carl Roaden, was indicted for burglary, larceny, and receiving stolen property in connection with an Anderson County church break-in on March 22, 1975. Taken in the burglary were six heaters, a window fan and a wall clock, worth a total of $285.00.
