SOMERVILLE, Judge.
Appellant was tried as a second offender for the crime of robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon. The jury returned a verdict finding appellant guilty and the court assessed his punishment at confinement in the Missouri Department of Corrections for twenty-five years.
