The defendant appeals from a sentence of 2 years imprisonment for assault with intent to rob.

After the defendant had been arraigned in the District Court, he filed a motion to quash the information alleging that he was less than 18 years of age at the time of the alleged offense and the information should be quashed or the case transferred to the juvenile court of Douglas County, Nebraska.
