HENRY, Justice.

To the extent that it seeks permanent partial disability benefits, this is an utterly frivolous workmen's compensation action which should have been dismissed, in this respect, in the trial court on the basis of there not being a glimmer, spark, scintilla or iota of supporting evidence.
