MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

NEWMAN, District Judge.

G. Gordon Liddy and Richard Stover, both presently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, Danbury, Connecticut, seek injunctive relief to prevent recurrence of actions taken against them by FCI officials. Their present grievances arose during the pendency in this Court of an action they previously brought challenging FCI practices concerning prisoners' mail. See Stover v. Carlson,
