This is an unemployment compensation case. The State Department of Industrial Relations in appropriate proceeding found that appellant-employees were disqualified for unemployment compensation pursuant to § 214 A of Tit. 26, Code of Alabama 1940. The employees were specifically found to be disqualified because their unemployment was due to a "labor dispute."
