This claim for workmen's compensation benefits under Chapter 440, Florida Statutes, came before a Judge of Industrial Claims who entered an order on September 13, 1974, awarding payment of benefits to the claimant. The Industrial Relations Commission reversed the order and remanded the cause for further findings. On May 19, 1975, the Judge of Industrial Claims entered an order for payment of the same benefits.
