This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Burleigh County dismissing a complaint upon a finding that there is no remedy at law. On appeal, Edwin and Ellen Abrahamson contend that the determination by the Burleigh County coroner that suicide was the cause of death of their son, Paul Henry Abrahamson, is erroneous under the law and can be reviewed by the district court, and that the death certificate can be judicially corrected.
